FatBoy Ice Cream Sales General Information

• FUNDS APPLICATION: Player Team Expenses or Club Fee
• DESCRIPTION: All orders made online. Players pre-sell ice cream products, collect money, and deliver the ice cream products to their buyers on a pre-determined delivery date. Each box sells for $31.80 (includes tax); players get $12 for each box sold.

It’s that time again!

The FatBoy Ice Cream Fundraiser is back!

This Fundraiser Runs May 31^st to June 20^th

All orders must be completed online, and money turned in by June 20^th by end of the day/11:59 pm

N0 LATE ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED

All orders will be made online. NO paper orders will be accepted. Please see the attached forms for directions on how to set up your online ordering site, frequently asked questions, sales form, and a flyer you can print out.

**** the sales form is for recording your sales only. ALL SALES MUST BE ENTERED ONLINE. Once you have them recorded on the form you must return to this website and enter all your orders. ****

Delivery date: Monday, July 1st at BTT Complex (Time TBA)

Each box sells for $31.80 (includes tax)

Players will get $12 per box sold for player accounts.

VENMO IS ACCEPTED: Btt-Fundraising; Checks are made payable to BTT – put player name in Memo.

Total amounts due can be dropped off @ BTT. Include total due, player name, team name and copy of order form (not original) and put it on Barb’s desk or in attached drop box on Barb’s wall in office
